I've had a lot of loss AND challenges in my life. My personal ​journey has evolved into an AMAZING life full of health, happiness and connection. The lessons learned from ​overcoming these obstacles now infuse every ​aspect of my life. As a coach, I bring a wealth ​of life experience and a understanding of ​transformation to those I help!

MY CORE VALUES

Health is wealth. I lost my Mom when I was only 13, and it truly shaped my life to prioritize health and wellness. Life is too short, and we don't know how long we are here for. As your coach, I ​provide positive support and ongoing guidance, and I help you create your roadmap so you can be ​the best version of yourself.

THE 4 EASY STEPS

1.

DISCOVERY SESSION

We start with a discovery session to see if we're the right fit for each other! This takes 20 minutes, and I'll learn about you and what you are looking for.

2.

INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING

My coaching is ALWAYS individualized to you! We work together to discover what you want, and why. In order to get to where you want to go(the destination), we need to learn about how you got to where you are(starting point) so we can craft your journey.

3.

REGULAR COACHING

We meet in weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one zoom coaching ​sessions where we dive into what's working well, any challenges you may be experiencing and any learning you may need. These ​provide a consistent space for growth, and ​actionable steps toward your goals.

4.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Beyond our regular sessions, you benefit from continuous support and resources as needed. ​I offer check-ins, progress assessments, ​and unlimited email support ensure that ​you stay on track.
